Hope you all have a great 4th of July ... This morning we did not know if it was fishable with south winds gusting into the teens at 3:00am, but no one accuses us fisherman of being smart, so we headed out to the canal... Well it's finally over. June, that is, and what a month! Last night we had a few smaller 2 and 3 year olds, this morning all big fish up to 22#s, the girl in the picture caught 3 over 20#s in her two trips. Twenty fish in the largest cooler you can purchase and you can't close the lid. Haven't seen fishing this good the since the 80's! ... Hey Gang, ... Here's our catch today, the summer trend is already happening so I decided we should go out a little earlier today, so we left the dock at 3:40. Had a good boat driver, so Eric and I could concentrate on catching. First fish at 4:17am, last one at 6:51am. But we miss counted, we only had 29. If you haven't had time to book yet these pictures should make you throw up!! Never seen it better in June, be interesting to see what July brings.........Capt Bill...stay connected
